Are there any additional sections that can be purchased after the base unit has been purchased?

We regret that we do not sell sections separately; however, because they are standard sizes, they can be purchased easily online or offline.

What is the coldest temperature that this unit can produce? I'm looking for something that can heat up to 115 degrees Fahrenheit. ?

Our Bain Marie could heat up to a temperature of 83 degrees Fahrenheit. The degree of ferenheight is 206. That might be sufficient for you.

Can this hold how many chafer pans?

Three 1/3-size pans, two 1/2-size pans, and eight 1/8-size pans can all fit inside. You could make it any size you want based on your requirements.

Is it normal for this to rust? We washed the lid once and now it has a rust spot. ?

We recommend washing them with water or citric acid and then thoroughly drying them for maintenance. There shouldn't be any rust on the surface.
