I just tried it with two disposable pans, and they stuck to the carrier's inside. Although it did cause some damage to the interior, I intend to use it again - I'll place a towel or something between the pan and the carrier in the hopes of preventing the pan from sticking. br>Despite not being rigid, the bottom is firm enough to support the pans. br>I hope this has been of assistance.

REVIEW THAT HAS BEEN EDITED: My original rating was three stars, and I mentioned that the product arrived missing a piece and that I couldn't get anyone to respond. However, after reading my review, someone from the manufacturer contacted me and replaced the missing piece without hesitation. As a result, I've updated my review and increased my rating from three to five stars, as that was the only flaw. However, I'd like to give it a 0 star rating because I can't get ahold of anyone from customer service about a missing piece; Perhaps I should have contacted Amazon instead of relying on the contact information provided in the product documentation? In any case, it did not come with the "dish holder/trivet that allows you to take hot food straight from the oven and place it inside the carrier. " " Because the instructions state very clearly that you must use that part, I left a voicemail and an email at the contact points on the product documentations, but no one responded. I've been doing this for about a month. As I previously stated, I've used it (instead of the missing piece, I use a towel) and it does its job admirably — I've transported food for hours, once from home to a work lunch potluck and once on a short road trip — but the missing piece and shoddy customer service aren't worth it. I would never buy from this company again.
This is an outstanding carrier. It's attractive and big enough to hold a lot of stuff, including my biggest casserole pans. The food stayed nice and warm for a long time. It made transporting food and serving items to our family reunion a breeze, and it received a lot of positive feedback. The only flaw (and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) is that, as others have stated, the handle will not stay snapped when the carrier is full. It's not a major issue for me, but it appears to be simple to resolve. There's also a strong, unpleasant odor that hasn't gone away despite airing it out for several days. However, all you could smell was delicious food once the casserole was inside.
In addition, even though it's supposed to hold two 9x13 baking dishes, the top doesn't appear to be as spacious as the bottom. Overall, the structure appears to be solid. The handle appears to be strong enough to hold the weight of two plates without breaking. The passage of time It will be seen.

This carrying case has my heart. It actually keeps my dishes warm, and it's so tight and secure that I never have to worry about it when transporting them. So far, I'm really enjoying it!.
This is a fantastic food carrier. I took pies out of the oven and placed them in the carrier, and they were still warm 4 hours later. I usually only transport the pies for an hour, so they are still hot when I cut into them. Ideal for cool-weather outings in the outdoors.
The only drawback I'll mention is that when fully expanded, the carrying arms can't be reconnected with the buckle strap, which I noticed in Anna's review before purchasing it. That hasn't been a problem for me, so I'm not bothered. We have a 45-minute commute to family events, and our belongings stayed the same temperature as when we put them in, which was ideal!br>br>So far, I've only used it for transporting hot and room-temperature items; I haven't tried it for transporting cold items.
The ideal size for half trays of hot or cold items, this versatile tray is the perfect size. Large outer pocket can hold serving utensils and a convenient hot pad to lift items out of the bottom. The handles are a little too short when using both the top and bottom to carry half trays, but they wipe clean easily and keep food hot for hours. Apart from that, it's a fantastic tote!.
