With 120V 60Hz, 1200W, 10A, our energy-efficient designed electric food warmer will help you save money on your utility bills.

The stainless steel body is strong and durable, making it ideal for both commercial and residential use. Low = 140°F, Medium = 170°F, and High = 200°F are the three temperature settings.

ETL certified for electrical safety (UL-197), and ETL certified for sanitation (NSF-4).

Overall dimensions are 22 1/2 inches long, 14-5/8 inches wide, and 9-3/8 inches high. Inside Dimensions: 20" L x 12" W x 6" H Fits most full-size pans up to 6 inches deep with standard opening dimensions of 20 inch x 12 inch.

Full Size Lid Dimensions: 20-3/4" x 12-3/4 These steam table lids are made of commercial grade 25 gauge stainless steel with double reinforced corners to last a long time. The non-stick surface of the cover makes it easier to use in a variety of applications. It also prevents the release of too much water vapor from the food during cooking, which can degrade the quality.

Is there a stainless steel tray included, as well as the cover lid?

Only the full cover is included in the ni tray.

Is the power supply 120 volts?

An electrician is not one of them. It, however, is grounded and plugs into a standard outlet.

Are hot dog buns able to be reheated?

You could certainly do so. For humidified heat, use a perforated pan; for dry heat, don't. I'm sure it'd do the trick.

Is it possible to make water boil with this?

This is a warming device, not a cooking device.

It was exactly a year long

This went out today, and when we opened it up, we discovered that the limiting thermostat inside had overheated, causing a few of the wires connecting it to melt. To repair it, it would cost around $50 in parts and labor. On our line, there were no electrical issues or other equipment misuse. I bought a different brand of warmer a month ago and it's still going strong. I'm going to buy another of the other brand, and I hope this information helps you make your decision!.

The picture shows an adcraft-style control unit, which is extremely reliable. The control unit in the box is different, and the on/off switch is prone to failure.

The power chord was located in the front end near the thermostat and on/off light, which was the only difference from normal. The chords were in the back of the unit, which worked out fine for where I was using it.
