The food is not dried out, and the self-serve door keeps food in and contaminants out. For the price, it's a fantastic deal. br>Spoke way too soon. After ten months, the heating element failed. I can't reach Koolmore on the phone, and I placed an order for an element on line four days ago. All I got was an automated message stating that my order had been received. 2/17/21br>No parts or human contact as of yet.

I contacted Koolmore and asked for a parts list and assembly instructions so that I could figure out what I needed. WOW! When I arrived at work today, I was astounded to see the new unit. It appears to be in excellent working order, and I intend to put it to the test over the weekend. I can see why there were no assembly instructions or parts list; it was already put together! I could never have figured out how to put that together on my own. Anyway, the fact that this was sent out in the midst of a snowstorm speaks volumes about the Koolmore staff. I'm writing to express my gratitude for everything you've done for me. Also, the display warmer does exactly what it says on the tin. Aloha.

I would not recommend purchasing this product; I bought it less than a year ago and have already had to repair it twice. It has been nothing but a headache. The warmer part of the house was the first to be turned off. The switch then stopped working (it simply fell off), and it's now getting so hot that it's burning up. 1200 The number 00 is thrown out the window. I only gave it one star because I wanted to leave a comment.

highly recommended Warmer is an excellent solution. There was a minor issue with our operations. Customer service was able to resolve the issue. br>I was pleased with their response and service. br>We don't have any trouble keeping this warmer occupied all day.

The scales aren't tipped in this case. To open and close the doors, you'll need a lot of strength. It'll be fine. It does a good job of displaying the items, but it's otherwise unremarkable.

It's practical, compact, and keeps food warm for the entire day. For two shelves, it's a little tight. I was hoping for a little more interior space, but it's fine.
