This is nothing more than a basic food warmer. Other than that, I wouldn't use it. If you do decide to buy one, I hope it is better constructed than the one I received. We had to "flex" the shelving with a hammer in order for it to fit into the already-installed tracks. crooked to the point of insanity! I am unable to remove the shelving now that it has been installed. I needed a warmer at the time, or else I would have returned this shoddy metal box! If you choose to buy one, best of luck!
The size of the pizza box is a factor to consider. There are 21 shelves in total. From left to right, it's 5" and from front to back, it's 14".
Condensation is dependent on what you put inside; if you don't put anything too moist or liquid in there, you shouldn't have any.
I haven't tried it with a 2200 watt inverter generator, but I don't see why it wouldn't work.

That's something he does exceptionally well. I'll smoke briskets and ribs and try to get them done as soon as possible, sometimes even the day before. I'll keep the BBQ warm until I'm ready to serve it (sometimes up to 12 hours later), and it'll still be hot, juicy, and tender when I do! This is essentially what they use at a BBQ restaurant to keep their BBQ warm while selling it all day. The same concept, but with the added benefit of being able to do it from the comfort of your own home! Now I don't have to be concerned about smoking a brisket for an extended period of time, delaying the time when everyone wants to eat that day! Instead, make it the day before and keep it warm until the next day, then serve when it's time to eat!.
" Max temperature 145°F Meat was less than room temperature after 3 hours on the "max" setting. For what it's doing, it's not worth the money. It's a little on the expensive side. They will not give you your money back 100% once it is sent to you because return policy will give you 50% or less of what you paid because they will not give you your money back I purchased this item for my wedding and will not be able to return it because I do not have enough time. The temperature dial goes all the way up to 220°, but the warmer never gets above 150°. Extremely light.
Amazing Customer Servicebr>I am completely satisfied and pleased with the product as well as the customer service. I highly recommend the Heat Max product! The warmer maintains a consistent temperature for all of my meats and pasta. Holds four full-size pans and is extremely lightweight and portable. However, because it is prone to braking, it is best to keep it stationary. On a return of a damaged switch, I dealt with the company two times. The switch was sent on the same day as the prompt. I'm so impressed with them that I'm going to buy more of their equipment!.
Although the product claims to use only 6 amps, it has burned out a 12 amp breaker twice and required the replacement of an outlet while in use. br>br>Money was wasted, a claim was filed, and fraud charges were filed.
I recently purchased a second HeatMax (590W) to complement my first 590W, which has been in service for several years. These are fantastic little non-alcoholic beverages. Ovens that are insulted but have a reasonable temperature control. I use it to keep painted small parts dry after they've been painted. Heats up to 220 degrees Fahrenheit in a small, compact oven - I'll just stack the new one on top of the old one because I need more capacity. I would strongly suggest it.
Even a 20 amp breaker blew on the first oven that arrived at our shop. To fix the problem, we contacted the manufacturer directly. Let me start by saying that Mario was extremely accommodating. He quickly sent a return label for the broken oven and promised to send a replacement as soon as possible. The new oven is fantastic, and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much, Mario, for your excellent customer service and for quickly resolving this problem!.
When I first opened this unit, I was apprehensive. The left door closes on top of the right door, leaving a 1/16" gap at the top and bottom that fades away as you approach the hinge. This was supposed to be used to keep meat at 160°F. It was nearly impossible to maintain a consistent temperature due to the thickness of the wall, lack of insulation, and the gap between the doors. The temperature selector is a dial with numbers ranging from one to ten. To maintain a constant temperature, use an analog temperature gauge with no feedback. If you work in a food truck, the outside temperature has a significant impact on these units.
