NO, WE DO NOT HAVE A PRETZEL RACK FOR IT.
Yes, it's a 110v outlet, but I'm not sure what wattage it's rated at. However, it is perfect for our breakfast sandwiches.
Sorry, but it isn't NSF certified. It is not required in most jurisdictions, but it is in a few. At this price point, the NSF certification is extremely expensive.
Yes. Underneath the bottom shelf is a stainless steel water container.

We run a food vending company and attend a number of festivals each year. To see an example of the unit in action, look at the photo. I'm always looking at what other vendors are using to see where I can make improvements to my own setup. We made the decision to purchase this unit and have been very happy with its performance. Three shelves are included in the unit. As shown in the image, each has holes for heat distribution. In the bottom of the box is a humidifying container that can be filled with water to prevent your product from drying out. We offer churros for sale - a cinnamon-spiced cinnamon-spiced cinnamon-spice Churros are placed on shelves in aluminum trays. We do not require the amount of heat provided by the unit. We usually set the dial to 3, which provides enough heat to keep our churros warm. We work out of a 10x10 commercial food vending tent, and the only time we need to turn up the heat to 4 or 5 is when it's really cold outside; the outside top of the unit also gets warm, which we use to display product samples. The fact that this unit runs on 120V is appealing to me. The unit arrived in excellent condition, protected by expanding foam inside the box. It would have probably survived a fall from the roof just fine, and the care taken in packing the unit for shipping was impressive. Once the internal bulb burns out, I'll likely replace it with an LED. The three changes I would make are: 1) adding vertical LED light strips in the front corners to ensure that all shelves are evenly lit; 2) adding a wedge option to tilt trays a few degrees to allow customers to see the contents on each shelf; and 3) adding a removable tray in the bottom of the unit to make cleaning easier. Apart from that, these HeatMax food warmers come highly recommended. Without hesitation, I would purchase from HeatMax again. The unit is small and light. The construction is of excellent quality.
Perfect sizebr>Provides a decent amount of heatbr>I would recommend it.
So far, everything is going swimmingly. It costs about a fourth as much as commercial models and, in my opinion, looks better. For our product, we don't need to use the humidifier tray because it heats up quickly, keeps things warm, and is simple to clean. It's also extremely light, which is ideal given how frequently we move it.
This is an amazing little warmer. It's what I use for my food truck to keep the empanadas and pastries warm. Extremely simple to use and extremely light in weight.
The item was purchased for use in a convenience store with customer access. Exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Look at the dimensions before buying; it works well and is a great value for the money. We were looking for a small warmer, but based on the photo, it appears to be smaller than it appears.
For the past five months, we've used this warmer twice a week. It maintains the temperature of the food. All I wish for is for the heating to be more evenly distributed.
Muy bueno.
I bought this to use as a pizza warmer, but it will not hold a 12" pizza. As a result, I'll have to pay $60 to return it.
