I really want to return the second filet knife, but I need one for work. The blade is sharp and flexible, but the handle is of poor quality, with gaps between the wood and metal, as well as wood that has been sanded too far down, leaving it uneven and with strange edges. On Amazon, there are no quality checks, and the only goal is to make a profit. I'm going to have to put an end to my shopping spree on this site.

Fillet Knife of high quality, without a doubt! This is a serious Fillet Knife, so make sure you're wearing the right cut-resistant fillet glove. When you have to fillet 30 or more fish in one sitting, a Rapala knife from Walmart isn't going to cut it. This is an excellent blade for the job. I've already used it, and you might not realize it if you cut yourself. It's very sharp, so use caution and make sure you're wearing a fillet glove. I'm very pleased!.
