These aren't exactly high-end items. Without a doubt, the best knives. They arrived on time, have a cheap feel to them, and would not last long in a professional kitchen, but that is not their intended use. Mine didn't have much pizazz. If you know you're going to buy cheap knives, you might be fine with them, though I've bought several $7 knives from my local grocery store and they've been fantastic. These are only passable.

These knives have nice handles. I have a larger knife from this company that stays sharp for a long time, which is great. It's easy to sharpen and handle, and I use it to cut off silver skin and remove meat from a bone.
