I would call this a paper liner you would find in the bottom of a basket of fries or a combo meal at a restaurant or in the wrapper on a hamburger or hot dog you buy at a fast food restaurant.

If I microwave it, is it waxed, or do I need to use plain ?

In the microwave, paper works just fine.

The paper is good for lining

They did what they were supposed to do These plates were used in conjunction with plastic trays to replace It was only the wax paper that needed to be disposed of, not a whole paper plate, which would have left less garbage and waste. Unfortunately, any juices or wet foods eventually soaked through the wax. All in all, it's still a good deal.

There's no real cost to them because they are about the same price as some disposable plates, so it's just nostalgia for dining Special occasions or social gatherings are a perfect time to use them. The quality of the shoes is excellent.

I tried to do the job, but it came back rejected

Although I think the material quality is OK, the pattern on my batch is off and it looks like a reject. A line runs through the center, and the squares are not lined up, giving it a cheap appearance.
