As soon as I opened them, I went back and double checked the listing price because I couldn't believe how cheap It is more of a pleasure to work with drums that are wrapped like this rather than drums with a smooth edge. I have found that buttercream touched by the edge seeps into the crease and leaves a grease mark. It held all four tiers of my daughter's cake perfectly and was sturdy enough to use for the entire birthday party. The cakes I make for my customers are highly recommended and I will pay attention to their needs in the future.

This is a win-win situation! There is a wonderful quality to these cake drums. These are by far the best cake drums I have ever bought. I am accustomed to buying them at local cake supply stores. Pretty and sturdy, these cake drums will make a great addition to any cake table. A very versatile design, it does not leave any room to accumulate grease. The customer service was great and they handled my order right away. I will be placing another order from them in the future

Update In the end, I did a 3 tier cake on this board and it did bend slightly as a result. In the past, I did not have this issue with other boards. Furthermore, if you use a cake scraper to smooth the sides of the cake, you will notice lines on the cake that are caused by the corrugerated material under the white wrap.

I am impressed with the quality of these cake boards. With the 12 inch board, I could have made a 10 inch, two layer cake and it would have looked great. Although I have not used the ribbon that comes with it, it comes with a ribbon to wrap around the rim. Even though I do not bake often, I will use the remaining 6 within the next six to eight months, and I will keep their strength and integrity in mind.

They are sturdy and look great. It has a nice appearance and is sturdy enough to hold heavy cakes, especially tall ones. Almost 7lbs in weight) and it didn't even blink. The next time I'm making a cake, these will be the one I choose. I've tried sooo many boards but can't get rid of them so I can make room for more from this brand. They are sturdy with an My only complaint is that decorating on the board can be a bit time-consuming because of the subtle design.
