I only gave this a 2star review due to the fact that two of the glasses were shattered when they arrived. My attempt to resolve this matter was to request a partial credit or refund however, they would only refund 100% of the money if I send We received a very large box in the mail. The box is too heavy) The rest of the glasses I decided to keep. The following is a suggestion for Amazon/sellers Providing customers with a partial refund if items are received damaged or broken is better than poor packaging.

A nice quality bar/grill type glass like this would be great for a beer (tall ones) or mixed drink Their size and thickness make them very heavy, and they stack well (both tall and short). Our old small glasses wouldn't go into our new refrigerator because of the ice not going in consistently. We bought these new glasses to solve that problem. There are just enough gaps here so that the ice stays on target, and our dogs do not accidentally wind up chasing ice all over the kitchen floor!.

It's a great pair of glasses and just as I expected it to be. It did happen that one of the smaller glasses arrived chipped and I contacted Libby about it, but she told me she couldn't do anything about it, since they sent it and Amazon sold it.

A timely delivery of the item has been made. Several days after receiving the product, we opened the packaging and saw that three of the glasses had stress fractures along the rim, which make them unsafe for We use the same glasses we had been using for years, so that weighs and measures the same. As a Pottery Barn Classics fan, I was looking for replacements for some favorite glasses, but the ones I wanted were out of stock. It was surprising to find glassware in classic, simple lines these days -- it seems as though they are getting harder to find. Since these glasses were meant to be worn every day, I also needed them to be sturdy. It's perfect that this Libbey glassware meets the needs of the party.

It seems that these glasses are of good quality and very nice. I thought they would be a lighter and thinner option for the price, but they are thicker and heavier to me, and I think they are definitely more solid than I was expecting.
