The set I bought directly from Amazon came with 4 of these. A defective lens was included in the package (air pocket and distorted lens). There was a Libbey support sheet in the box for contacting them if there was a problem (I did so). Amazon shipped and sold the item to you and responded "The item you purchased was shipped and sold by Amazon. ". It is recommended that you contact their customer service team to A replacement set was sent by Amazon, and it worked very well. In my opinion, Amazon shouldn't have to replace something that got past Libbey's quality control, but they did it as a matter of courtesy. I give Amazon 5 stars and Libbey a zero. In spite of one issue with these glasses (this is my second pair), I really like them.

These glasses have a good weight and look great! You can drink your fancy beer or really anything that you want to smell a lot while you drink.

For the little things, the glass has visible horizontal ridges throughout the inside from the manufacturing process, so if you look up in these, you may not be able to see any wine legs. Hopefully these stand the test of time, but if they arrive damaged you'll have to return all of them for a replacement or a refund. I think these glasses are just right in size. We use them for our pale ales because they look nice and are functional. The ones we use most often are loved by us. This is a sturdy piece and does not look cheap at all. It is also easy to wash them. Although I don't wash them in the dishwasher, it appears that they can be washed in the machine. If I had to buy them again, I would.
