There is no indication on the packaging whether they are dishwasher safe, but I doubt it. Given that they are wood and have a rubber coating It is likely that the dishwasher would damage a) seals. Adding a little dishwashing liquid and some warm water takes care of the mess pretty fast. In addition, a towel is needed The best way to dry them is to air dry them instead of leaving them to sit.

It is my regret that I gave this product a rating of 2 stars in an earlier review. Whenever we sit outside and have our cocktails, my husband and I have been using these. There have been too many occasions when small insects have enjoyed our bourbon together. We love these whiskey lids as a wonderful addition to our whiskey collection. I was able to wear them perfectly with my Glencoe The two lids I received in my order were defective. This issue did not affect their fit it was merely a visual issue. The owner replaced the items as soon as possible. These are fantastic and I would recommend them to every friend I know! A whisky drinker needs a set of these to complement his or her art of drinking whiskey. They arrived quickly and are a high quality product. I dealt with this company and found it to be of great value.
The information is still useful, however. when I tried to put a lid on the first glencairn, it The glass seemed to be breaking as I approached it. Afterward, I tested it in my other five glens as well. While three of them were tighter than they should be, they are still technically operative. There were two that were as I would expect them to fit. The problem is only two of my glens are usable in this way. Sadly, that seems to be more of a Glen issue than a product issue.
I can't quite give them all 5 stars, but they are OK if you integrate them with your Glens. Some spills may not be completely blocked out, but since those are hard to fit into Glens, we get different problems if you have a Glen that far tilted. Despite my limited supply of gelns (no cup holder), they allowed me to actually use it in my hanging chair with minimal concern of spillage. I used to use only a flask before. However, there is a bonus. In case you are a Kenzie fan, these will fit on your glasses. I'm happy that they now have access to more glasses.
