I think it's an amazing design and super functional at the same time. A bargain like this is hard to beat. The dishwashing brush comes in a handsome package and can be thrown in the dishwasher after use.

With its perfect proportions and easy grip, this risotto serving spoon is beautiful and functional - like so many of the products in the Alessi line. If you hand wash and dry and polish after use, the spoon will retain its 'mirror polished' glow. For a risotto dish in this category, two spoonfuls per person is appropriate for a perfect 'main course' serving. Costs a little more than half a dozen bucks, but is worth it.
