Hostess, what a lovely set you have! Although the flatware is a little too bulky for my tastes, I would purchase additional completer pieces, such as the long handle teaspoons, if they are available. My collection is appealing to me.
This spoon has a diameter of one inch.
They might be, I guess. They're the right size, but I bought them to use as toppings for crackers and other foods that require a spoon.
You are free to do so. You'd probably grab four candies at a time, maybe five if you were lucky.

) This set of spoons is fantastic. I never thought I'd say this, but spoons are fantastic. The problem is, we never seem to be able to locate one. I purchased four spoons, forks, and spreaders, but I only have one spoon to show for it. This demonstrates how frequently we use them—a LOT. br>br>This may seem silly, but I use them as part of one of my "eat healthier" strategies. However, it is logical: Smaller cutlery, bites, and mouthfuls encourage your body to eat more slowly and digest food more thoroughly, so you'll start to notice that you're fuller when you're finished. It is extremely effective. br>br>I use them for yogurt, oatmeal, and ice cream, to name a few things. I'd much rather eat 20 spoonfuls of ice cream than, say, the "five" you'd get from a traditional spoon. Yes, I'm aware that this is psychological rhetoric, but it's my crutch, and I'm sticking to it. br>br>I even like their appearance. . . as one of my previous reviewers noted, many of my guests do as well. The material is thicker than you might expect, giving the pieces a more "high-end" appearance. " And the spoons are the perfect size. . . at least in terms of the spoons. While I believe they are larger than most traditional demitasse/espresso spoons, they are still small enough to suffice. br>br>Anyway, I'm back to order more. . . maybe just the spoons, but maybe I'll go all out and get another set of forks as well. Only one life is given to you.
The spoons in the Silver Tear set are quite large, so I was looking for a few smaller ones to use for specific tasks. The spoons are cute, but they're small and have a short handle. They work best as a small serving spoon for dishes served in bowls. I wanted to use it to stir coffee in a mug quickly, but the handle was too short. However, it tastes great in a cup of tea or coffee.
We bought this pattern for appetizer knives, forks, and spoons, and were pleased with the quality and weight. When my husband saw them, he suggested that we keep them in our home office's kitchenette so that we have utensils for snacks if we need them. They're a little bigger than you'd expect for appetizers and a little smaller than you'd expect for dinner, so they'll work either way. (When our daughter dropped by unexpectedly earlier this week, I picked up enough KFC for a light lunch for all of us, and we ate it in the home office with these utensils. ) When she first saw them, she laughed, but they worked perfectly!).

Great flatware, with the exception of two pieces that were severely scratched when they arrived. This isn't the place to buy new flatware!.
These butter and spreader knives are stunning! The quality is outstanding. I like the weight of each knife, which is top-notch.
