The item inside the box is not what I ordered, nor is it what is depicted on the box's picture

I placed an order for three serving forks. Three stainless steel serving tongs were among the items I received. These came from China. There was no description of the items on the box or in the inner packaging, but it was obvious that they were serving tongs, not forks. On the inside packaging, the word "quality" was misspelled as "puality. " "I don't expect Amazon products to be of this caliber.
