Genuine Fred PASTASAURUS Pasta Server

This is my favorite of all the decorative/fun kitchen utensils I've bought; it's actually sturdy, the right size, and does the job. Plus, c'mon! It's a Pastasaurus, to be precise. br>br>Recent changes - Back in June of 2015, I bought this. September 2016 has arrived. It's past time for a revision! Although the photos accompanying this review were taken in September 2016, I must admit that this item still looks exactly as it did when I ordered it. I like to check in on items that have impressed me after a lot of use, and this is one of them. Ours is known as "Phteven," and he is now a member of the family. After probably a hundred uses, there are no signs of wear or staining. removing the pasta from the boiling water, scooping the pasta that has been mixed with tomato-based sauce based sauce, dozens of trips through the dishwasher, and use as a substitute for just about anything that calls for a slotted spoon br>br>I hope this is useful to anyone who is reading reviews. For many years, I had a different Dino spoon, which was always quickly returned because everyone in the family knew it was mine. . . that is, until 2020, the year that will go down in history, when my daughter brought it to her boyfriend's house, where it vanished into the abyss. I added this to my cart after crying (okay, not really), and 2021 can now rejoice; I was fortunate enough to find another Dino spoon for my daughter!.

Could it have been earlier? ) and it's held up admirably over time, with no staining despite being fed a mostly tomato-based diet. sauce-based pasta diet that can be washed in the dishwasher. There are a few scratches on the corners here and there, but it's in great condition overall.

This is fantastic! I enjoy a lot of Fred's products, and this one is no exception. Why not add a little spice to your spaghetti night? It's a little longer than my other dull one, so it's a little more difficult to store, but only slightly. In my gadget drawer, I just rearranged a few things. It works fine in the dishwasher, but it was too long to fit in the utensil caddy (it stopped the spinning water thing from spinning), so I just tossed it in the top rack. So far, there hasn't been any discoloration from red sauces. Other foods, such as noodles or broccoli, can be used in the same way.

This purchase has exceeded my expectations. The pastasaurus is sturdy and semi-heavy (it feels tough), and it holds up heavier fettuccine noodles well. Other pasta serving spoons have buckled under pressure in the past, and one has broken as a result. I think this product will last me a long time because I only cook pasta once or twice a week.

Love it. It's a cute little thing. However, because the teeth are sharp, pasta can be cut occasionally. Make sure his head isn't resting on the bottom of the pan, as this will cause his head to melt and result in a deformed eye socket. However, given that it is made of plastic, this is to be expected.

I purchased this a few months ago but have yet to write a review for it. I'm glad I went ahead and bought it. I adore anything cute for the kitchen, especially dinosaurs, so when I saw this, I knew I had to have it (despite the fact that I was/am a broke college student)! My boyfriend and I have used it every time we've made pasta, which is about once a week. It only needs to be washed twice a week and it still looks brand new. I love how a simple kitchen tool can lift my spirits while I'm preparing food. Since receiving the Pastasaurus, I haven't used the other pasta scoop once, and it is unlikely to be used again for a long time. ) If you enjoy quirky, cute, and fun items that are also functional! If you like kitchen gadgets, then the Pastasaurus is for you!.
