Indeed, it appears to be the same as the photo but I will be honest & tell you the truth I've never seen a product that is of this poor quality. Seeing them in person, I see that they are of poor quality. I've seen better at Walmart. I like the way they look from the photos, but they're not that good.

It was much lighter than I thought it would be. There were a few gouged off edges on one of the prongs (and some on the center one less so) of the fork utensil.
