I much preferred the packaging of this product which came with a nice bag to store it in that were more of a premium feel to the product. We used it for the first time on New Years Eve. The layout is flexible and allows for a balanced arrangement of the cheese and garnishes. With this one, I liked that it had a stone center that helped prevent the cheese from getting too warm Set it out after it has been chilled in the fridge. It was nice that the slide out side trays could serve both as storage for tools and as a place to put more ceramic dishes. For the price, this is a great tray, and the only downside is that I wish the tray had a bigger seat As a result, some of the section of the top and the pull out trays still had a rough finish that needed to be sanded, so extra attention was required during cleaning We had to fold the towels up because they snagged. Because of this quality assurance/quality control oversight, I put the word premium in quotation marks. There is some attempt made here but they will still need to work on polishing up the manufacturing process for me to give it a 5-star rating Also, it would have been nice to see a guide on how to use the cheese tray and how to care for it, since this is our first cheese board. I would like some tips on proper tool use and how to clean the acacia.

A foot of the product is missing. Nice product except for that one foot. There is a wobble in the whole thing. I will need to return the product if I am not able to get a replacement.

While the photo in the ad was nice, it didn't do justice to how beautiful the piece is. It was better than I expected in terms of packing and quality. turned out to be it was a beautiful piece of wood, well made, I was so happy with it. It was obviously made with great care by the company. During installation, there is a drawer that you can pull out that contains some gorgeous The center of the board was a piece of black slate, a match for the individual black slate cheeseboards I had just purchased for an elegant tasting of cheese I was planning. As I said, I loved the rest, but didn't want to return the main / wood part. I pleaded with whoever was in charge (whoever was the automated assistant) - I tried my best to convey this - My guess is that it's a glitch with the return system. I tried to get ahold of a person but couldn't. A second cheese board was mailed to me after I requested it. This was an entirely different cheeseboard, and normally I would have considered it upsetting. The dark colors of the board were eye-catching, but nonetheless, as nice as the first. This cheeseboard is just as lovely as the first one was! I had a small problem with the minute scratch on the first one, but after receiving the returned piece, I still ended up using it and no one noticed the tiny My best friend's upcoming birthday is just around the corner and I plan to buy another one as a gift as I had been very impressed with how elegant and beautifully made the cheeseboards are.
