Good morning, good to hear from you. Once the cheese board has been washed and dried, wipe it off with a rag. You should then place the cheese board in the vent to dry (not on a sunny day). You can't beat the size and quality of this tray! I like the sliding tray with compartments, which is convenient for packing nuts and rolling snacks. The tool caddy is handy, and I like the addition of the white bowls and small forks, making this a better option than other charcuterie boards. To use a two-pronged fork, rather than procuring a silverware drawer full of forks, is the better option. I was the talk of the party for having such an upscale board on the table and people kept commenting that the forks and bowls were "extra fancy" and I was obviously wealthy Having a party after we were incarcerated is my favorite thing to do. Attending to the work is not an issue for me, as much as having people over. don't realize how lucky you are until something is taken away from you. My favorite thing is to make my Costco snacks in amazing sweet & salty combinations and have friends over. The combo of savory foods is a good one right In spite of my poor memory, I read the care instructions again and confirmed that hand washing with mild non-alcohol soap was recommended Using soap to dry the platter is the best option. In terms of my smaller one, I think I used mild cleaners, but the bamboo split a little after a while. The board is quite heavy, by the way. That's not chintzy at all. The open iron design of my patio table worked really well with the tablecloth. Bringing it indoors to store, I rinsed it off with a hose. Keeping dust and cat hair off the board when it is on a shelf is another reason why I appreciate the dust cover.

Definitely impressed with the quality ( it's heavy and very durable) of the solid wood in this product, well packaged and strongly I believe this is the perfect Christmas gift. It is very fancy. Bamboo is the only material used in this board. There was a really nice storage bag included with it. A lot of care was put into wrapping it. It is amazing how well the cheese board has been crafted. It was meticulously carved out to store the utensils and miscellaneous items. In terms of its finish, the board is really nice. It is not cheap, but it is sturdy! There are also cute ceramic bowls along with most of the utensils. The bamboo grips on the utensils match the finish of the cheese board. Having it all together is a nice addition for anyone who loves entertaining.

This cheese tray is one of the best ones I have found, it has ample room to lay out your meats, salami and other kinds of cheese, and the knives make cutting cheese easier no matter how hard or soft it is. The presentable cheese tray will light up your party tables with its artistic appeal.
The cheese / meat platter is a favorite of ours. Despite its simplicity, it comes with utensils to cut and eat food, making it very useful and easy to clean. This book is highly recommended.
