Although they were smaller than what I expected, they were still wonderfully useful for the purpose I had them for they were used by my boyfriend's birthday party. I simply forgot to read the dimensions when I ordered, otherwise they worked as expected. The plate of cake and ice cream looked like this after I managed to place one slice on it.
