The heavy materials of Sweese products appeal to me, though it can be difficult to replace them. Upon receiving my new plates, they had a piece of black tape attached to the surface of them. Since the piece of metal is partially trapped inside the plate, I'm unable to remove it. There is a dirty look on the plate as a result. A Sweese representative contacted me about replacing a single plate, and they had a bunch of things to say to me about sending a picture, doing this, doing that, going there to do it, everything is pretty easy, and then I had to It seems they don't really want to provide a warranty for their products so they make it confusing and difficult for busy people. In addition, they include a card about getting a free cup, but the website isn't working. My three times of experiencing this have all occurred recently. Sweese is so over for me. When I contacted Amazon about returning the set, they offered to send me a new set without charge (I will return the previous one). It's hard to describe how much I love Their large size, clean shiny appearance, and ability to stack perfectly in the dishwasher make them a great choice. It's nice and heavy to have a heavy plate, and these are hard to beat. However, I am older and have dislocated my shoulder and am recovering from it. This is great since you can replace them in case one gets lost or damaged in any way Also, I like that it's easy for me to get them in various colors to match the entire group of guests, no matter what the occasion may be! I used these this time around for Thanksgiving and found them to be perfect. The plates are HUGE and can fit a LOT! Thanksgiving is a good time to do this (perfect). I've had them a week now and they still cling to the ends There are two of them that have chipped edges. They leave much to be desired when it comes to customer service and quality control. One of the dinner plates arrived with bubbles and exposed porcelain, which means that one meal was ruined. The food is not fit for consumption. For quite some time I have been on the lookout for dessert plates. My dinnerware is now all white since it makes the food pop better and I see chefs on TV use this same decor at all times. Unlike other companies, this one packaged them so well, securely and professionally. This is a great plate. I highly recommend it. Many things can be done with it. A rim keeps whatever you put in it in, and the best feature is to keep it out of sight. You did a great.
