It's a beautiful set, but there were some major problems. They are beautiful, but all have been chipped or completely broken when they arrived! As a result, I am so disappointed because I had to wait so long for them to arrive and now I can't Packaging needs to be better and quality control needs to be more robust! When I placed them on my table (the ones that I could hide their cracks) and they looked beautiful, but unfortunately weren't usable since I knew that they would never hold up under proper use.
It's a pleasure to see these. A major problem is how they are shipped. Unfortunately, they are manufactured in China, and ship in extremely thin card board boxes. This results in them getting tossed around, and upon arrival, many of them are cracked. To select the ones that were not cracked or broken, I had to wait for another set to be delivered. It would be better when they packaged it better, containing a sturdier box, in order to avoid such unnecessary waste of product and It is true, however, that the chargers themselves are beautiful.
Good, but I would like to see these in a larger size. The product I ordered had to be replaced after a wrong color was sent to me. The ones I ordered are a little larger than the ones I ordered from another company, allowing more detail to show under the plates. They are very nice. They were just what I needed.

I immediately contacted Amazon about it. I am waiting for my replacement

In my order, I ordered Rose Gold, but received Gold instead. I am disappointed that the plates are the wrong color, as they are very pretty. (See picture below) The box even states the plates are gold, not rose gold. Although the plate is not a pretty color, it is very strong and durable. Had I received my order through the mail, I would have given it a rating of 4 stars. However, since I have the hassle of returning it, I am giving it a rating of 2.
There is a very good gloss on them, but they're made of plastic.
It's so pretty to see these chargers. This is a sturdy table setting that makes a pretty tablescape. were in perfect condition when they arrived.
The product is very sturdy and can withstand multiple uses, so you are sure to receive a lot of value for your money.
