These were part of the reason I made the purchase due to the warranty and availability They also state that if you write a review and register, your warranty will be extended. My company has been contacted dozens of times, but I have received exactly zero responses from them in regards to replacing the pieces that have chipped. Because I am not only disappointed this company does not live up to its guarantee, but I am also writing in order to alert others to this fact. I did not like the quality of these items even though they were intended for A company that makes false claims and claims to provide the best service is not one I recommend. The promise.

My husband and I bought these on the fly in order to downsize to a small condo. The price was so good, we weren't expecting anything too special. The plot twist is here! There is a lot of weight to them, they seem handcrafted, You look fancy as a button. The way you put it is wonderful.

The dishes I've made here are awesome! Beautiful and durable, these rugs are perfect for any room. This pair of earrings has a great weight without being too heavy, and they also have a unique design that is very Likewise, I enjoy the texture, and it feels like every piece of art has subtle differences in appearance from one another that give it a soul of its own. Furthermore, they were exceptionally well packaged as an added bonus. Several boxes with thick cardboard contained the dishes. One of those boxes was inside a box filled with bubble wrap, which was in a box of thick cardboard marked fragile. The box also included a free warranty with an offer to replace any pieces damaged during shipping (none were broken).

They were defective only on a few occasions. Today I received the three stoneware sets I ordered. Initially I was unsure about the color, but when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised. As you can see, the blue/green color is lighter than it appears on the screen (which was great). This package was very well packed, and I did not receive any Rating ). The paint on a few pieces (brown) has been smudged. There are several scratches running down the middle of one of them (the large There was another large plate that had a bubble on the top where the glaze had As a result, the spot was left unprotected (for fear that food would discolor it over time). As I am only requesting replacements for 4 items (all large plates with the most obvious defects), I will not request any further repairs. Based on the replies/replacements, I will update the review - Still, I am very satisfied with the outcome so far. Hopefully, customer service is easy to work with and it is quick and easy to exchange or replace.

We all have a bit of a different style! There's something about these dishes that I enjoy. A friend of mine gave me my first set of four and they were absolutely gorgeous! I received my order on time and it was very well packaged. ordered another set of 8 a few months later when I realized I needed set of 8. As with the first shipment of CDs, the second arrived on time and very well packaged. I give the set 4 stars because every piece of it had very minor flaws. I will probably be the only one who notices. Among the dinner plates, there is one with an uneven bottom and rocks on it. That's why I put it at the bottom of the list, no big deal. My decision to return the full set was not worthwhile. I bought the second set for a little over $20 less and from a different person/buss than who I bought the first set from. Honestly, I was thinking they were a little bit ineffective. I have no idea, but I suppose it I love this. Furthermore, these plates are extremely A chip or break has only been sustained by 1 as a result of dropping into the sink by accident.
