(you can see my Instagram @nutmegnina)! They are so super versatile, you can use them for soup, pasta, cereal, main dishes, side dishes, popcorn and anything else you can imagine! This is a really lovely shape it's a bit more oval than round, and it's not completely leveled on top. There is a lot of style in these bowls! Though the prices could have been better, I am still open to purchasing them again (especially if they reduced the price even further).
In a nutshell, Despite their beauty, the bowls don't really measure up to their ounce capacity. There is no shortage of room in this 28 oz bowl since it can only hold 16oz or 17oz tops.
Initially, I thought these bowls were too small, but after using them I realized they hold a good amount, so they work well for our needs. I find it perfect for soups, but I think it might be a bit small for salads and a bit large for cereals. It seems that the bowl was described as off white* in a review, but that doesn't seem to be the case to me. The cream might be a bit on the thick side, but it's hard to tell. A white object (a bowl and an egg from Ikea) is what I tried to use for pictures. This is a great purchase and I am happy with it.
This bowl came in a variety of sizes. There are no words to describe how much I adore I like the design because it's slick and looks attractive. I would like the different sizes to be suitable for my use (good volume capacity with different sizes). The bowls I ordered are beautiful and elegant, replacing ones I had for 30 years. As a result of his recent retirement, my husband chose to do the dishes against my wishes. My love for it was so great that I ordered a set of 4 and the multi blue tens. The size of a bowl is eight ounces. It's easy to hold and manage the food in the bowl thanks to its unique shape. My reviews are positive and negative about these aqua dishes, other Swedish items and their customer service. **** I've spent over $100 in groceries lately to buy Sweese dinner plates, dessert plates, pasta and salad bowls (all in white). The dishes are lovely with a cool shape/a modern clear feel, and the plates (both sizes) arrived really well packed. As for the dishes, they are very reasonable.
And I got some pretty colors to add to my set so I bought some aqua 10oz bowls and pink ones, too. It took a little longer than expected for them to arrive, but they were still fine. There are 2 imperfections on the aqua bowls' rims. One is a spot of glaze that has not been covered with enough glaze, so it appears white on the aqua color, and the other is an odd rough Both of them are very small, but we all know the amount of everyday use will likely cause them to become bigger or crack faster, plus they're not 100% like the other 2 aqua bowls in the set. I read some reviews before ordering any of the dishes, and people mentioned that their customer service was good and they responded to problems quickly. After receiving the order, I immediately sent an email to the address included with the order, with photos, asking if I could trade the two I noticed when I got the pasta bowls mentioned above that they, too, had a few edges that weren't perfect, but I chose to overlook them. The white color made them difficult to see unless it was directly in your face, or held up to your eyes directly. Having experienced the same thing with the aqua bowls, I made the decision to not throw away the work. The email and the pictures were sent on Jan 14 and to date there has been NO RESPONSE at all (I am writing this on Jan 20), not even to suggest that these slight imperfections do not count towards their satisfaction or replacement guarantee. You don't buy things that are "sort of ok" unless they're at a garage sale. You only get 2 stars on the aqua bowls, there are only 4 and 2 of them aren't perfect. There was no issue with the color, almost too bright to be pastel (hard to tell by some pictures before you order) and I also liked the shape and shine of the pink bowls. FYI, that pink color is "not baby pink" but a little warmer and brighter.
