According to salad volume, it can range from 8 to 16. The dinner I served to six people was delicious You can use this bowl for salads. The software is also used for two other purposes As the wood is of high quality and very natural, 4 servings would be sufficient.

The diameter of the inside at the top is 12" in diameter approximately. A diameter of - in the interior at the bottom I would estimate it to be around 6 1/2 inches. Four and a half inches in diameter.

All sharp blades will leave a mark on the surface, just like with wood

Slice with a cutting board, but these bowls make good use of their space and are well worth the investment. The food grade mineral oil and conditioner can work wonders on all scratches, but the scratches would still be noticeable once the wood has been.

Salad bowl is great. The small bowl is perfect for our motor home, and we've found it to be very sturdy. It is just as good as the salads we eat from our oversized bowl at home that costs $260.
