Breakage during shipping of the bowl

One of the four bowls I ordered broke during shipping/packaging, as you can see by the pictures below. It is a shame this vendor does not improve on its packaging methods, given that the bowls themselves are great. Having worked with this vendor, I cannot recommend them.
