Weighing 3 lbs 6 oz, mine is 2 pounds 6 oz. The water contains approximately 5 ounces of salt. I used my kitchen scale to weigh it. It has an outside diameter of 8 inches It has a 3/8" inner diameter (inside right at 8"), and a 4" deep bowl (measured from outside). They're beautiful. I love them. My only reason for giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because of quality control issues. In order to find two bowls that did not have foreign particles under the glaze, I had to purchase this three times. Given that the inner bowls are white, the particle was VERY noticeable if the outer bowls are also white.
