This isn't a big deal. They're much smaller and shallower in person than they appear in the photo. What a pity! br> I suppose I'll have to look for 50-ounce pasta bowls somewhere else. br>However, they still have a lot of capacity! br>They're made of high-quality porcelain and are absolutely stunning! Bowls that are excellent

These bowls are very appealing to me. They can hold a substantial amount of salad or pasta, and the width allows for even distribution of food, ensuring that it is not piled up in an unnatural manner. I don't think they'd work well for soup or liquidy dishes because they're too shallow, but they're perfect for everything else! They've held up well in the dishwasher, stack well to save space in my cupboard, and most importantly, they make for great Instagram photos.

This purchase has exceeded my expectations. Because the bowls that came with my white dining set were too deep, I purchased the 8" bowls to replace them. I'm so pleased with them that if I can find all of the pieces, I'm thinking about replacing my entire dining set. These are ideal as a side salad, pasta, or a small soup serving.
