I received my first order on February 1, 2021, and have been in love ever since! After I first obtained the DOWAN dip/sauce bowls from the curve collection, I used them at least five times in one week, and I ordered two more items from the dowan collection! A DOWAN oval snack bowl from the same collection and a set of DOWAN semi-circular snack bowls have also been added to my collection Ramekins with a square base and a capacity of 8 oz. I'm so pleased with the products I received! All of them are of very high quality! As I continue to create my curve collection and purchase more DOWAN products, I hope to have more DOWAN products added to my shop!.

Durability is not a criterion

There is a difference between this bowl and the product link in that the bottom of the bowl shows trademarks , whereas the bottom of the bowl I received has none of those trademarks, and there is a foam hole at the bottom of the bowl, and there is no product introduction. I'm very disappointed with the ease of cleaning and durability of the material, and I'm not sure it's durable.

These bowls are great

I was not satisfied with the customer service and one of the bowls has a small area of color missing. I think the dishes are not so bad to return, but the warranty that is packaged with the dishes asks for a photo and invoice number to replace it. The company received a note that I sent by email. A response has not been received. The bowls are awesome, but the customer service is awful.

I love how distinct and beautiful the bowels are! The bowls are used both for serving soup and for serving food. Easily cleaned, as they can be placed in the dishwasher.
