The whole blade has a value of 5, so both are accurate. Cutco is talking about the Micro Double, not the 5" An edge blade with a D edge is 4 points. I am five. I hope you were able to find the answer to your question in this post.
It doesn't matter to me. A 55 was a fair price. Was it being offered with something else on the other page?
No idea if the $142 includes the sets of two, but it seems hard to imagine you will need more than one. 76 dollars is about what I recall paying for one knife. By the way, that is a great knife.

This knife has been in my family for years. My parents have always admired it, but I couldn't see the point of spending around $100 on something so fragile. Well, that all changed, and now I wish I had bought it after figuring out how great Yes, it cuts cheese better than anything else ever, but it also does a great deal more. The knife never dulls and it's more versatile than any other! Even though my parents have not had their knives sharpened yet, mine cuts the same as theirs. The quality of the work is 10/10.
There's no knife in my drawer I love more than this one. Using it, you can peel a ripe tomato easily and slice it into paper thin slices. The blades are extremely sharp and can cause serious injuries to your skin if you get into contact with them. In the cardboard sleeve that came with it, I hand wash it and store It is something I would gladly buy again and would definitely recommend. Unless it becomes dull or the handle cracks, CUTCO knives are guaranteed for life and will be replaced for free if they become dull or break. I paid so much for this item, but it was well worth it.
It has many other uses as well as cheese. The best knife I have ever used and I use it on a daily basis. I bought this one for my wife.
It didn't take me long for my cheese knife to break. There is no better knife than this one. Having a blade that's long enough to fit many different sizes is a big feature, and the handle is comfortable to hold when you're cutting. It's well worth the money!.
I use it all the time. If you're unsure whether you can feel the serration, do not gently slide the blade over your finger. Despite the cut, you will not even feel it. In what world did I think I was Don't do that.
For hard cheeses, I love this knife. It will fit into your budget! I'm not normally a Cutco person, but I recommend it! A quick and easy way to cut cheddar.
