I got two pairs. It took me a while to get them to spitchcock the whole thing. These are great shoes and I got two pairs after reading They cut the whole chicken into butterfly shapes for me, however it didn't turn out well. After I bought the brand new 2nd pair, I gave the brand new first pair away because it couldn't even cut chicken skin properly. This is not something I would recommend. I am sorry!.

There is some sort of looseness where the two pieces connect, but we're not sure if the pair is defective. We received the item that way, as it seems to be in two pieces and that's how it broke!.

It was hard to get rid of those spots, in addition to feeling unable to use it on food. As a result, I use it now just to cut papers and boxes. The first pair I bought from the same company had to be replaced.

This shear set is prone to rusting

Don't get me wrong, I like using them a lot. I have owned it for around 5 months, but my blade now has rust stains on it. Although I am not quite sure how to get rid of it yet, it was something I wasn't expecting.
