Fibrox is a flexible polymer with rubber-like properties. quality, as well as a non-smoking environment. Plastic-like elasticity in a polymer. br>Victorinox's Fibrox knife line is also known as Fibrox. The Fibrox handle is also found on the Victorinox Swiss Army line of knives.
I was expecting two knives, but all I got was the one with the rounded tip. I went with the $10 option. Because I assumed I'd be getting the pair, I chose the 70 option. The other single options (which are the same knife I received but with different colored handles) are $4 each. 49 - $8. I assumed I was getting both because of the higher price, description, and photos. Now that I look closer, I see that there are two-knife sets (different item number) available, but they cost $14-$15 each. At best, I believe the presentation of this single knife is a mistake; at worst, I believe it is deception.

Unbelievable value for money. The best, sharpest, or any other type of kitchen knife available. This is the sharpest knife I own, and it's easy to make it scary sharp. I collect knives ranging from budget to "that ain't leaving the case ever. " And I don't just mean frightening. I have several large bowie knives that are all razor sharp, and I'm more concerned about cutting myself with the victorinox pairing knife than with a cold steel natchez bowie. Grapes and apples were cut into paper thin slices, and an average-sized blueberry was cut into eight pieces. This is, without a doubt, the only pairing knife you'll ever require. Victorinox's heat treatment is supperrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr This is the same inox that they use in their Swiss army knives, I believe. I almost forgot to mention the serrated utility knife, which is also extremely sharp. It works well as a bread knife and can cut through more fibrous materials like tendons and sinew quickly. Also, it'd be a fantastic steak knife.
Serrated knives are very sharp, but I finally got tired of negotiating with tomatoes, so I bought this Victorinox based on a recommendation. OMG! It's incredible! Don't use your finger to see how sharp it is. I came close to doing it. Hahaha. It makes its way through tomatoes - as well as everything else similar to butter I've only had it for a few days, but I'm giving it 5 stars for "durability" because at this price, even if the handle breaks in a year, it'll be well worth it to replace it with the same.
This knife is the sharpest I've ever owned, and the edge is still razor sharp after months of use. My warning is that it is extremely sharp, and if you are not careful, it could seriously injure you. I would never give someone a knife like this as a gift because someone who chops frequently and nicks themselves will suffer a much more serious injury. It's light weight and has a plastic handle, which is probably why it was so cheap. It's available in a variety of colors, which I like because it's easy to spot in the drawer and avoid an accident.
Serrated is ideal for Roma tomatoes, limes, and other similar fruits and vegetables, and the red handles are a nice touch. I'm very happy.
These knives are fantastic for the money, extremely sharp and versatile, and I'm actually going to buy five or six more to add to our kitchen. The handles are plastic, and the knife overall feels light and cheap, but that's because it is, and the super sharp serrated blade feels like it will stay sharp for years, so I think it's a good value for the money.
I needed a new serrated blade paring knife and decided to purchase this one after reading other customer reviews. Yes, it is extremely sharp and will easily cut through vegetables, fruit, meat, and other materials; however, I made the mistake of gently rubbing my finger over the blade, which was my fault. It easily cut me without exerting any effort. That's something I've never done before with a serrated blade knife. I still gave it a five-star rating because it does exactly what it says it will, but be cautious - it can be addictive. If possible, keep your finger away from the blade.
Sharp, comfortable, and made of stainless steel. It's mostly used to slice cheese and apples, as well as spread cream cheese and butter, but it can also handle steaks. This is the knife I'd choose if I could only have one in my kitchen for the rest of my life. A few of them, at least. I doubt it would last a lifetime of regular use for $6 or whatever I paid for it. However, it is possible that I will be surprised. So far, everything has gone well!.
br>I'm not sure how to rate this knife; it's the sharpest knife I've ever used for kitchen work, so it's of the highest quality; however, when I cut something on the plastic cutting board, I can feel the knife getting stuck in the plastic; I'm afraid to use it because if I cut my finger accidentally, the wound will be severe. I may need to have micro surgery on my finger as a result of the damage! Serious.
You need 100% to ensure that no accident occurs while using this knife.
