Tramontina Porterhouse Steak Knife Set Stainless Steel Edge w/ Riveted Polywood Handles 8-piece, 80009/576DS

Seeing them on Amazon, it didn't take much for me to buy them. We have had such good service from them all these years that we knew another set of them was required. I do not feel any shame in ordering a new set after so many years. They are just fine in the dishwasher. The old set is still quite usable, but seems to have some wear and tear, but not to the extent that they cannot be cleaned. They are the best steak knives you can find anywhere at such an affordable price!.

I love these knives a lot! It was the same ones Texas Roadhouse uses, so I bought a set of them. It makes sense for them to be good if they can continuously use them. A. & B. The are very good! The handles are comfortable, the blades are sharp, the handles are easy to hold The quality is excellent.

The knife feels and looks like one of the finest steak knives you will find in a restaurant. It is a pleasure to use these serrated knives since their grips and blades are perfect. Even more pleasing, the blades are dishwasher-safe, so they'll probably never rust. Safety is assured. Now that I have a zero, I can toss it -quality and made in the USA I bought the Chinese knives from a local retail outlet, and now they are the focal point of my dining room! The Harwell P. K. A Brazilian craftsman made them.

Those knives are awesome! We washed and used them last night, and they are awesome! Those will cut right through paper plates, so beware if you use them with plate paper. I am amazed at how sharp they are! Aside from that, I do have one complaint the handles have a light and dark stain instead of being just one color! I find the handles to be a good size but almost too big for my hands, but they'll be perfect for my husband! Apparently these are the same steak knives that some of the best restaurants use! There will be no need to replace them for quite some time. My last set of Costco knives was purchased ten years ago and they are in as good of shape as the day we bought them! If you don't put them in the dishwasher, you'll know they'll last forever as long as you wash them by hand and dry them. All in all, I am totally satisfied with them!.

nice knives that earned high praise the first time they were used for dinner with the family. Because they are larger than our previous steak knives, the knives will be awkward to store in our silverware drawer. Following my purchase on Amazon, I saw that Tramontina was offering an additional listing for $12 that included a wooden block to store the knives. Our attempt to find a hardwood box separately was unsuccessful, so we were forced to settle for a bamboo 11-" box A knife block that has a difficult time fitting in a pulley Drawers in the hutch can be opened. Because the Tramontina block closes at both ends, the bamboo block also feels a little less secure than I expected. A five-star review would have been given if the hardwood block from Tramontina had been available.

Our intention was to use these knives for eating stakes. A great job is done by it. A big handle keeps it from slipping from your hands and it has good teeth to go through the stuff. It is perfect to be eaten by cows!.

We are not talking about cheap knives here. A wide and wide handle and a heavy, thick blade with a nice finish make this a nice steakhouse style knife. Sharp blades are on hand. I would say that the only negative is the handle finish. The handle is wood and should not be placed in a An easy way to clean your hands quickly is to wash them and dry them. Even at such an affordable price, this item would make a good purchase.

Their cuts are good, as well as their looks. The handles are probably better off avoided in a dishwasher to prevent damage to the dishwasher.
