If you sharpen them with steel or stone, that is fine. There shouldn't be any issue with the blades because they are made of stainless steel. Clean, rinse and dry well before putting them back into their sheath. Wash in soapy water, dry and then resharpen with new blades. Cuisinart is my favorite brand of kitchen appliances, I own a lot of them. I wish you the best of luck as you prepare.

The answer is yes! We use them almost daily and thoroughly clean them with the dishwasher after each use. I've had them for a few months now. The quality of these earrings is excellent, and the design is exquisite!

After a couple of weeks, one of the knives broke. It is not possible to return items to Amazon.
They have remained It is true that they are extremely sharp, and I cut part of the top of my thumb off with the blade of the smallest knife, which penetrated right through my finger's nail and flesh. These knives are great, and after using them for a few cuts, I am very careful about how I handle and clean This is definitely worth gifting for Christmas, as I am doing so myself. The blade guards on these need to be on at all times when they are.
Even though they aren't expensive, I had my doubts about them. They happily surprised me, however. I am able to find all the knives I need from this collection. I never got around to buying nicer knives, but I already had some nice ones. All the knives come with their own blade sheath, and the blades are incredibly sharp. With the exception of the small pairing knife, the ceramic coating holds up very well. The color on the tip has worn off. It is odd that the knives I use the most, that are the largest, show no sign of wearing off the ceramic coating. The pop of color in my kitchen was just what I wanted. I would be glad to walk back into this store.

My family had an old set of similar knives we had purchased a few years ago, and they were ready to move into the camping gear. My daily use knives were worn out and I bought these to replace them. They're just AMAZING! There is an excellent variety of blades to suit all your cutting requirements, they are sharp as can be and just beautiful. While I know I should hand wash them if I want to prolong their life, I have not done so. However, so far they have held up as admirably as when I first.
As someone who has low vision, I find using colored knives makes my life easier as well as keeping the guards on the knives means I won't cut myself by putting my hand on them since I always keep the guards on them when Furthermore, since the blades are readily visible, I can check to see if I've cleaned it properly or if there are still some debris on them after cleaning. In other words, if you can't see and don't have a problem, you'll get all the classes I have plus some extras as well! don't know why you are considering that, but I think they will last for a long time and you'll be fine.
