The handle is the best I've ever seen on an electric knife. I've owned three others over the past 30 years, but this is my favorite. You can easily slice with it as it provides a great grip. Sharp blades make the knives difficult to use. A very simple and easy to use application. It is also very nice to have a storage case. Although my other knives also had cases, the cases were so small that you could not put anything back once you had unwrapped your cord. It is a very nice case, and I like the addition of two As if it were butter, it glides through meat. You can also slice bread with it. There is no need to put pressure on the bread to slice it. I honestly don't know if I've ever owned a better electric knife. The quality of the product is superb!.
Their cut is not as smooth as those on my old blades, and they leave a rough mark on the meat. The situation is not good.
