It doesn't have as big of a hand as the rapala. The advantage of this is that after a while you might not notice it anymore. This product has a nice rubber texture grip. With this one, the battery seems to last for a longer period of time. far as blades go. A total of 4 sets are included in this package. There have been hundreds of fish I have cleaned and still the blades cut out great There is something soft about this case, and it is very nice.
There is a recommendation not to
We do sell replacements for the 4 styles that come with it as well as the serrated blade so you can sharpen it like any serrated blade.
Due to this knife's lack of power, I had difficulty cutting through the rib cage of larger fair game. It was a good decision to buy a different brand.

This is my first fillet knife from Bubba. I'm quite impressed. There are many people who have used this product and love it, even though it is on the expensive side. Going cordless is the only way I will do this in the future. You'll never have to pull out an extension cord or lug around a lead acid battery again. A great battery life makes a difference. There were still two bars left after catching 80 crappies. There was just one battery out of two! In the case that you have the funds to purchase a good fillet knife. The one I'm buying is the one you should buy. As a result of this review, I have received nothing. Normally, I only write reviews on things that are noteworthy performers, and this is such a product. As an adult who has fished and hunted all my life and taught my three sons the same, I am in my forties. The fish I catch and clean are my two main pastimes Each time they bite, they do it three times per week. Among other things, you can catch crappies, catfish, walleye, etc.
This product was shipped very quickly, and as described above, the case with extra blades and battery is a I think it is well made and works well. The blades seem to run very quickly. The problem with it is that it isn't very nice to watch. Since I work in the 3-day Catch and Release, it's mostly catfish I clean It is about 5 lbs with corded knives and I have a lipo Rapalla cordless knife that is substantially more effective. It is difficult for sure to apply to a fish with a smaller rib cage so I can't say how it works. Using this rod for crappie, bass, or whatever you're catching will be just fine if you have the money. The handle is exceptionally large and uncomfortable for me but I imagine it will work well for people who need to apply a lot of pressure. Although the power is very good, it did not bog down as I pushed very hard through the rib cage, but it just didn't make good cuts.
In short, if it's your first one and you're in the right budget, you'll probably be ok, but if you're hoping it will cut through 3-pound cats without a struggle, you'll Generally, I enjoy Bubba products as far as their quality and research. It's clear that they really tried hard to do their research and that they spent a lot of time in the lab. In phase d, there is a great deal of emphasis on construction quality and quality feel.
It is possible to lose batteries while catching sharks, barracudas, tuna, jobfish, and grouper. This warranty is pretty good. It has been used to clean everything from sharks, which are particularly challenging for me to clean because of their sandpaper-like skin, to giant trevally, amberjack fish, and albacore tuna. While the process of cutting them into half inch pieces is relatively easy to do with the blade, it is more difficult to do with the grill. Even a gray snapper known as Jobfish or UKU can be cleaned in Hawaii with the device. The scales are heavy like those of With one battery, I can process about 15 to 20 fish at once. A fish of this size can weigh from 10 to 25 pounds. There was a problem adding photos to the page. My three batteries failed in about six months of heavy ocean use, and my blade gave out within the same time period. Despite the failure of the first one after 6 months of heavy use, I purchased another bubba blade because I liked it. It is a bugger to live in saltwater. In my initial contact with the factory, they said they did not honor warranty claims for products sold on Amazon. In addition, I sent them a letter saying I bought two batteries and three of them failed, and I bought two more directly from them for 50 dollars I was contacted a month or two after pandemic began and asked to send a video showing a notworking scenario on one end and a working scenario on the other end. In the end, I sent them a new one and they said they would send me another within a few days. This is amazing. The customer service was great and I received the order a month later. Now that I know what bubba stands for, I am loyal to the brand.
Despite this, I think I can cut better with my special $15 fillet knife from Walmart. Crappie fishing is my year-round profession, and every year I clean tens of thousands of crappie. I bought this because I liked the cordless nature of it and I would be able to clean fish even when cleaning stations are closed. It is a very inferior knife. Save a bit of $ and pass on this knife.
It is very easy to use the knife and blades. It cuts fish well and removes fillets from the skin better than I Although it is cumbersome to remove blades from the power head, it is necessary. It will only work if both batteries are fully charged before use and won't work if one battery is not charged before use. During the night, the battery was charged and then worked for around three minutes before dying. The battery indicator has also been malfunctioning since the first day of use on that defective battery. Do you think Amazon and/or Bubba Knives will replace the item.
Having just received this knife, I have cleaned 21 catfish with it In my opinion, this is the best electric fillet knife I have ever used. I like that it comes with an extra battery, a very nice case, and a wide selection of blades. It is very quiet and sharp, fits perfectly in my hand, and is extremely sharp. This purchase has so far been a great success for me.
It's quiet, comfortable to hold, comes with a great case, and the new flexible blade technology is the best there is in the industry. Even though it might not be cheap at first, you'll be glad you bought it after cleaning your first fish.

. Customer Service at Bubba Blade replied to my e-mail I sent you an email explaining the The new replacement knife was shipped to me within one (1) week. I have been using the new knife ever since. It is easy to work with them and they stand by their product. We are happy to have you as a customer. "Captain Mike," says Captain Mike. The 20th will be my first year as a fishing guide then It is estimated that there are approximately 175 fish In the course of a year, you spend 200 days. My clients have asked me to filet a good deal of fish. Purchased a Bubba Li-V a little more than two months ago A couple of months ago, I bought an Ion cordless electric knife that worked fine. The issues I am having now are as follows 2) one of the batteries won't charge
3) after 15 - 30 minutes there is a sudden increase in power consumption The motor of your vehicle will lock onto its position after 20 minutes of use. In order to shut off, the battery must be removed. As expected, Bubba Blade did not live up to my expectations I was very surprised by the price of the knife. Bubba Blades are not on the shopping list for my clients. I would be glad to provide more information to anyone who is interested If you would like to hear about my experience or see video, I'll be happy to do so.
