Questions & Answers
One fifteen sixteenth inch is the width of the widest portion of the blade (near the handle). There will need to be a 2" wide slot. In order for the block to fit properly on this knife, it needs to be customized for "Pro" knives.
Your question may be answered by Google I have no idea what the answer is. However, let me tell you a few things about this knife. Despite its balance and edge, it retains its strength. When the job calls for it, it is my favorite cutlery in the kitchen.

It's not smooth and has scratches all over the finish of the knife handle.
Zwilling Pro knives are some of my favorites I have quite a few. I got this knife for $50 at a Christmas sale, and as a professional cook I am very happy with it. The grip and the weight of this pen are wonderful, the taper is fantastic and the quality of the steel is excellent. The edge will last for an entire shift or service. I highly recommend this product!.
It is an excellent knife, one that I enjoy thoroughly. The pens feel great in the hand and are a joy Compared to other Santukos, the blade is also higher-pointed (which I'm fond of), and the steel is harder and Japanese, which I also like A very sharp edge can be maintained easily and easily with a blade style that is thinner. One of my favorite knives may well be this one.
Since I was in my thirties I've been content to plod along with a 7-inch chef's knife I thought was good. As far as knives go, this wasn't one of the best, and kept reasonably sharp (and no more work than what's usually required to maintain that edge). As I said, I think that it was more than anything else my happy ignorance that forced me to return to it repeatedly. After using this new 7" Henckel/Zwilling Santoku knife for just ONE dinner prep, I doubt I'll be using my old favorite more than rarely, if ever. I think this is a fine and well-written piece This is a very useful engineering Weighing and balancing, handling the edge and handle with your little finger back - There is a small stop thingy on the bottom at the rear of the blade (typical of blades intended for professional use).
This very sharp knife has both a rocking motion and a heavy weight that make it a joy This knife is perfect for cooking!.
In its hand, it feels very comfortable, the handle is easy to grip with a pinch grip (my hands are medium in size), and the blade is what one would expect from a German knife maker. They are beautiful, sharp, and long lasting. Each of my Henckel knives has a special place in my heart and I use them daily.
This is a great deal for the price! With it, I'm able to chop vegetables from the garden, as well as cut through a variety of other materials. In my experience, this works best with the "rocking" or back and forth motion, but I have also used it for slicing and it works I consider this to be one of the best knives I have ever used. Highly recommended.
I am glad that I purchased it. The knife has become our go to knife for almost everything that we do in the last two months. Combining the santoku and an ordinary chef's knife is an excellent idea. I like to rock the knife when chopping vegetables and this knife allows me to do that effortlessly. Furthermore, because the blade is contoured at the base of the handle, it makes the pinch grip a very comfortable and natural feeling experience. You should try this one out!.
