The knife is the same, but the handle is different
3/5

My first knife is a victorinox santoku, which is a great workhorse. Holds an edge well and is easy to sharpen. However, I find that the FAT fibrox handle is the best feature. I was a little disappointed when I received this knife. The handle is fibrox, but as you can see in the photo it is not as thick as it should be. Having an indentation in the middle of the handle makes it very easy to grip. My review will be updated once I have used it more. Having said that, as of currently, I would recommend the fat fibrox handle to the skinny handle. I'd like to use this.

The blade is very thin and very light
3/5

a person Despite having a very sharp blade from the factory, the knife feels as if it was made out of tin foil, and its blade is extremely thin. The knife feels completely plastic in my hand. From the way the blade handle is encased in plastic, it's hard to tell just how much metal is there, so I'd recommend going with handles that have steel embedded all the way through (visible, and the plastic on either side). As a result of the metal addition to the blade, it has strength and balance, something that this knife lacks, while its thin blade makes For only a few dollars more than the Victorinox line (which with excellent ratings was my "go-to" knife for most things) you get a good knife. I thought I would save a few bucks, but was.

There's a lot to like There is a lot of sharpness in this knife
4/5

was like butter when it came to cutting through raw potatoes. I think the blade is There are a few things wrong This is amazing. It is important for blades like this to have heft to them so that they can be gripped well. In spite of that, I do plan on keeping it because it has such an exceptional blade. As someone who has used this brand in the past, I have never seen such an ugly handle on a product. As a result of the handle issue, I would think twice about buying another knife from this brand.

When my family and I rented a condo in Florida this winter, I had the opportunity to use a Santoku knife for the first time
5/5

When I got home, I knew I would want to have my own. Victorinox was the one I chose after doing a little research. Despite a preference for some weight on my knives, I felt that the Santoku would be more useful in a lighter condition. This app was better than what I expected! I have used it for 2 days now and it's great! Every day I eat at least two large salads, so I am very happy with this knife. I also appreciate the price. Actually, I really mean that. Here's the latest This knife has now been with me for one month, and here are some warnings Be very careful with this knife as it is extremely sharp. Use it with the same care that you would use with a razor blade. When I was slicing up a cantaloupe, the cantaloupe stuck to my cutting board and I ended up with 9 stitches in my finger. I am over 60 and know my way around the kitchen and fine cutlery so I am careful This is an extremely sharp picture, which I felt I had to emphasize.

You have what you need
4/5

I have an older one which is heavier and more expensive. However, the following is true I bought both because I had a reason and purpose for doing so. Smaller cuts or light foods can be cut well with this knife. There is no requirement that it be sharp, but it is perfect for Despite jogging at a light pace, it does not tire out your hand or arm. Those of us who are alone.

Quite surprised at how well the knife performed
4/5

Having a lot of food to prepare is one of the things I do when I cook. It's always been my belief that buying quality knives is the best way to protect yourself. I am a fan of Henckels. A Victorinox paring knife was the first purchase I made for my RV kitchen last year. In the end, I liked it even more after using it more often. The Henckels I have will remain in my collection, but I will not buy anymore. In terms of price, there is no more affordable knife than the Voctorinix knives. Also, they are easier to keep sharp.

a solid kitchen knife, very sharp
5/5

wanted one for a Santoku and was watching this and another, having had good experience with Victoinox, this one failed to disappoint, a few people say it is light, but I have no comparison, since I have no other. All kinds of foods go well with it, including carrots and It was the better deal among the others because they all listed the same model number.

The knife I love the most
5/5

As I told a friend about it, she mentioned that she had another Voctorinox knife she liked better than this one. My husband got me a Voctorinox knife for Christmas and it quickly became my favorite knife! When this knife was given to me for my birthday, I was skeptical, but I accepted it anyway. It was a good decision! The knife I use for almost everything is now my favorite!.
