Knives on my collection that I don't like. The first thing I want to mention is that I am a trained trained chef and have studied at culinary schools, worked as a saucier in a 5 star restaurant, etc. Every kind of kitchen utensil you can imagine is in my kitchen, from Messermeister to Henkel's It has only been a few times that I have used this Global knife, and I noticed a chip. Unlike my other blades, I only hand wash this one, and I only use it for soft foods like vegetables Even though I have yet to sharpen it. In looking at the Global website, I found that they do not offer a warranty on blades with chips. I will be purchasing my last Global knife in the future.
Our family has used one for many years, and we just invested in one for our son. I THINK YOU HAVE AN EXCELLENT BALANCE, YOU HOLD AN IN THE KITCHEN, THIS IS THE KNIFE WE FAVORITE TO USE. At times, the handle can be a bit slippery.
The knife we use has been around for a long time. Unlike the previous one, this one includes indentations that help make cutting I consider this to be my favorite knife.
You will be pleased with it. I love how easy it is to do prep work with them. I like the grip and the sharpness of the model. There is a lot of weight in them.
This knife is the perfect size for both my husband and me. I hope you will enjoy it as well.
The blade looks very nice, it is very sharp, it is better priced than the previous model, and it is in good shape.
It would be a good starter knife for my teenager.
It feels great, cuts very well, and is the perfect size for most of my.
