In all, the knife has a blade of five This knife is designed more as a pairing tool.
The knife is the only thing that hurts
In my Global collection, I added this item. It's a pretty small knife. The 5-inch one seems to be the best for me. Its blade is too short for use as a chef's knife. If I need to do any serious cutting, I turn to my G-36 The number 48 and 7 An inch of Santoku or a G-size There are two classic 8-note patterns A chef's knife with an edge of one inch.

Although I own large chef knives, sometimes, in smaller places and when cutting smaller items, it is nice to have something that is smaller, more nimble, easier to keep up with, and is easier to keep organized while juggling the mess It is a great product out of the box, and it is really sharp. It took a little while for me to figure out whether it would have enough board clearance based on the handle design, but after using it I find it work fine. I really like the one-piece design, and so far it is a great,.
In my opinion, a small lightweight knife would be easiest to handle and use for small tasks. The knife was just right. Yes, it is very sharp and I have to be careful not to cut myself. My love of it has made me want to use it for larger items, but I can't, so I'm going to have to get a longer chef knife to do that. Even after I just sharpened them, my knives feel so dull now. After I wash a knife, I ensure that it is dry as soon as possible. It seems that rust has not been an issue.
The metal one is rusted and not in good condition.
My daughter and I are fans of Global knives, and I could not be happier with this purchase. It is easy to use, and I have used it for normal residential kitchen preparation for just a few weeks, but the blade already appears to be nicking. The blades of the knife should come off when the knife is sharpened, but since this just happened after a few weeks of use, I'm disappointed in them being there.
There is a great deal of sharpness on this knife! For cutting or chopping vegetables, this blade has a good length and balance. You can also easily cut meat with it. Despite the fact that the knives are all Global, I still love them all.
A knife with such quality even seems to impress my wife, who is not used to paying attention to such things.
This razor sharp and easy to use blade is top-notch.
The second global I purchased was in a retail store, and I paid way more than I should have. For chopping and prepping vegetables, this is the only knife I need.
