For honest reviews, I usually wait a couple months, and I take excellent care of this knife. I hand wash only, and never leave it in the sink, and I fry immediately after using. The handle of the knife is separating from the blade slightly.
This knife has been in my possession for a month and I use it nearly every day. Holds an edge well and is easy to sharpen. While the handle is comfortable, it is made of wood and cannot be washed in the dishwasher.
