Due to being a dual oven owner, I have trouble finding the correct size of cookware and baking ware to fit in it. If I am under 16, I must be under 18. It is 5 inches in length. Getting this pan was such an exciting experience for me. I read excellent reviews and the pan (supposedly) had a 16-inch diameter. 25" in length. Its actual dimensions are 17 x 17 x If you include the non-transparent portion of 5", you would have Handle that can be removed. This would have been helpful to know before I purchased the item. There is no doubt that this is a great pan, but the measurements are not accurate. We are returning.
Since I already own one roaster and love it, I didn't hesitate to buy this since I needed another one. It is unknown how this one ended up. There is no other pan like this in the world. Every aspect of it appeals to me. I like the handles, how deep it is, and how it has a grill on it as well. In the past, I've wanted a baking dish with a grill grate in the center that wasn't right next to the bottom. In this case, there is quite an inch and a half of space between the bottom of the pan and the grate. I say 'thumbs up' to this! So much so that I bought it for my mom as well.
