I believe that the pan itself is 16 inches long. Although it appears to be 21" long, it is actually 21" with the overhanging handles. This item has a width of 13" and a depth of 3 1/2". I hope you find this information useful.
My answer is the same as the previous ones. It takes about one inch to get from the bottom of the rack to the bottom of You might be asking that because I used it to roast a 23-pound turkey for Thanksgiving with no issues with the drippings touching the bottom. was that what you were
Despite the 20 pound turkey, I roasted it without any trouble.
This is a thicker pan with multiclad. Compared to a standard pan it is heavier. Holds heat for a longer period of time and heats quicker. As well as a smaller bird, it is possible to put a larger roast in it. The weight was probably between 30 lbs and 40 lbs. Please accept this as my sincere thanks

There is nothing wrong with the rack's design. The roaster does its job well. There is nothing wrong with the rack's design. These Cuisinart cookware handles are sturdy and complement the other cookware in the Cuisinart line. The description on Amazon states that this roaster is induction-heated. I'm taking a couple of points off for this I'm sorry, this router is not ready for the launch of advertising. No animals were harmed in the making of this product The skillet is magnetic stainless steel, so it won't get too hot on the stovetop, so it will be perfect to make gravy and stuff. A full range of services is available It is also possible to buy a branded roaster that will do that, but it costs more. The listing on Amazon needs to be fixed.
You need to raise what you are roasting high enough out of the bottom of the pan in order to allow the food to bake underneath (rather than 'cook' It was a simple task to clean up - The reason I was worried was that it was not a non-profit Stick with it". The third point The construction of the building is excellent. The product is made of sturdy materials and is sure to last for many 3.
It is large enough to accommodate a giant turkey, and I can tent it with plenty of foil. It would have been great if I had.
I have brought this product back after 5 years. I remain incredibly happy with it. I continue to use it every week and it holds up remarkably With its easy cleanup, and its ability to stand up to the dishwasher's hottest cycle, it is a great dishwasher accessory. I have never seen such a great deal! I thank Amazon for being there.
A stovetop is not a good place to use this pan. There is no way to sear anything on top of this pan because oil drips out of the ring around the outer edge, and the pan is so thin that any heat above low causes the pan to buckle. The original list price was too high for me, so I opted not to purchase.
There was plenty of room for a large prime rib with a 10lb cut. The surface can be cleaned after soaking it a little bit. The following recommendations are my own.
A 20 could be handled by this thing. EASIER than ever to handle a 2 lb turkey!.
There was a problem with this product when it was delivered. It had been said several times that this was an issue with this product, so I should have listened to them. This is one of the reasons. The metal is thinner than I had expected and I think this was a contributing factor. This will make cleaning much harder as things will tend to stick to the spots where damage has already occurred and will continue to do so due to the inferior materials and construction. The company should have provided me with much more, I thought. It was a terrible experience and I would not buy from them.
For the Thanksgiving week deal, I paid $30 for this! I can't believe I paid that much for this pan. Each year, I purchase a new walmart skillet or world market skillet (each costs around $10-5 every year and I regret it. It really effs up my pans when I place the pans in the oven, then I preheat my turkey on high heat. In the pan I make gravy at the end, and I continue to think about it. It makes me wonder what is going into the gravy as it comes from these pans. In any case, this year's turkey feast on high heat was no problem at all. I was not surprised to see this beautiful pan pop. It was AMAZING when I made the gravy. Despite direct flame, no popping has yet to occur. There were no stains on it. I did not have any issues with sticking (surprisingly). As soon as I finish the meal, I put this pan with the turkey into the fridge and I don't wash it for 3 days. Once I'd picked out the turkey, it was time to clean this bad boy up. On the pan there was no sign of staining, not even a scratch. There is something magical about this pan. My "where the %@#* do I buy my pan this year!" question changed from "I cooked a 24lb turkey for 20 people to "where the %@#* do I buy my pan this year!". The word anxiety means "anxiety. ".
