The first time I used it, that was exactly what happened, and I wouldn't pay that much There is no residue left on true stainless steel, but true stainless steel is "easy to clean". The bottom of the bag is as advertised thick. This pan is advertised in a deceptive manner. I would say that this pan is NOT 18/10 stainless steel, it's more of an aluminum pan. The surface began to rust after the first use. Food affected the surface and made rust-like It was used to cook rice, and I actually lined it with parchment paper to make it easy to clean. In all the years I have owned stainless steel pots and pans, I have never had this problem. of the stainless steel pots I use to make plain yogurt has been in my kitchen for over 2 years, and it looks as good as new. You would be better off investing in a cheap turkey pan. This pan is the same as the cheap turkey pans. Prior to posting comments, you have to select a rating. It is impossible for me to use my steam pot due to its size. As it turns out, this one is bigger than I expected, so I may have stuffed two small plates inside or just one large one. I usually don't want to buy a cooker online because it's not guaranteed that it's good until it arrives. My husband usually doesn't allow me to order cookware from an online store because he can never confirm if it will work. However, he is a fan of this one.

My job as a cook stretches out over about 40 years. It took me 15 minutes to figure out what to write. I grew up with divorced parents, and my mother gave up her job to work full-time. If the shallower pan is used as a bake pan, then the deeper pan can be used for roasting. I can fit this dishware right in my dishware cabinet, it hasn't lost its luster, and it is just a must have for anyone who likes to cook!.

to find a roaster three days before Christmas that would work on my induction cooktop in a hurry. It was an honor to assume the position of It would be fine to use a clad roaster However, this is not the case No dice. I took this one since it was the only one I could find and it was in the middle of a pandemic and I was able to get it After opening it, I found that it could only be used for up to 450 degrees while my top loin roast with potatoes recipe calls for roasting the potatoes longer than the meat and for up to 30 minutes at 500 degrees. It is on this page if you search for it, but since I never thought about searching, I'm not sure if it is still there. The thought of a heavy, stainless roaster making this a problem never occurred to me. In the end, I had to make do with what I had. The handles are located at the eight and ten positions on this roaster as well. The oddity of this and its awkwardness made my husband and I feel uncomfortable and we decided not to purchase this. The rest of the story I liked how big it was and how well it worked.

As of right now, I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it looks like it will last me a lifetime. The pot is well balanced when you lift it, and the bottom and lid are both thick and seem to distribute.

Thank you for the purchase. The jealousy in my mom's eyes is real. Should I need to buy it again, I would do so. Rather than using the roaster, I use the lid more frequently. For things like meat loaf, baked chicken with rice, and baked beans, it's a little larger than my standard 9x11 pan, but I will find a use for it. The kitchen spray really helps clean it up!
