Questions & Answers

OK, so it has a length of 14 to 18 inches. Can you tell me how wide it is?

A typical size of the pan is 10 inches wide (measured along the inside wall) X 14 inches long X 2 3/4 inches Included in the item is a handle that sticks out of the bottom.

The rack appears to be stainless steel, but is it IN FACT Despite purchasing a rack similar to yours, the rack is rusting. You have stainless steel and it should not ?

It's pretty likely that the rack is made of stainless steel as well. In the same vein as the pan, it is substantial and heavy. There's no way that it could be aluminum since it would be much heavier. I am in love with the pan. The pan was primarily purchased to be used as a casserole pan / lasagna pan, but I think I bake with it two or three times a week and roast meats with the rack. I have had no issues with rust on either the pan or the rack, and it is really easy to clean. Two to three times each week, we roast chicken thighs, and one night we often make pork or beef. It's one pan and rack that I use at least three times a week, and as of yet I have not noticed any rusting. I wash it both by hand and I love this pan because it's so well made

What is the maximum temperature that this oven can reach?

Up to 550 points are stated on the box

Is it big enough to fit a turkey inside?

While I couldn't say exactly what you should do, I would advise you against using it for a turkey unless your family is very small. You can also I would recommend buying two of these pans as well as two small turkeys. These pans are ideal for roasting small amounts of beef and pork, along with casseroles (such as mac and cheese and lasagna). Thanks for taking the time to read this,

It's so shiny! There isn't a speck of dullness in my pan, maybe even more! It turns out just as shiny as the picture
5/5

The surface is just as shiny even after it was washed in a dishwasher (turned out to be spotless). This oven worked great for my 15 pound turkey baked at 450 degrees, but it would have held a much larger bird. I have noted The reviewer also reported that her pan warped after cooking, as well as being hard to clean. This is because she didn't put any liquid in the pan first. I put chicken broth in the pan about half an inch deep as a catch pan to capture the yummy drippings that can be used later In the event that the pan does not have enough liquid, it will not warp or have burnt-on stuff that is hard In addition, I roast the turkey on the back side for an hour at 450 degrees, flip it over, and continue to roast the breast side for another 40 minutes at 450 degrees. In this way, Turkey has turned out beautiful. The Cuisinart products are amazing, and I've always been pleased with their performance. *An important disclaimer Nowadays, I only write positive reviews on Amazon because my negative reviews have been rejected, even though I have an A+ rating. Thus, if I'm not happy with an item, I won't write a review for it.

I was pleased with the product, as it proved to be For the price we paid, we didn't expect such a well-built, sturdy pan
5/5

We thought that it would probably be a sheet of stainless steel that is thin and barely holds the heat The decision we made was the wrong one. Heavy gauge steel such as this is extremely good. As long as the pan is sturdy enough, it will not flex or Lasagne was made with it It produces excellent results (and because it is stainless steel Your food is not tainted by metallic tastes). The rotisserie chickens are put into it and brought to the table so we can enjoy them. This pan has a mirror finish that is very pleasing to the eye, and you will be proud to serve directly from it. A high-quality and sturdy wire rack is included with the roasting kit as well. You can place a heavy roast on top of it without it bending or deforming. A steal of a buy, all things considered.

The fourth use of the warped object causes it to warp
3/5

Angry. I feel so let down. This is a quality brand usually known for its quality, so I was willing to spend a little extra for it. It has been more than 6 months since I got it and after the fourth time it warped pretty badly. There is a reflection in the pictures that makes the situation seem worse than it It is true that the product comes with a lifetime warranty, but you will need to pay $10 for shipping and handling. The point of doing this every fourth use would be lost if I had to do it. Cuisanart has let me down at least twice now, with this item being the second. My mistake should have been to get a cheap one from a Walmart. I wished to invest in a piece rather than throw it away. Today, Cuisanart does not mean the same thing as it did in the past.

There is nothing I recommend about this product
3/5

I am very disappointed with it. Since it was almost 5 stars almost everywhere, I decided to order My recipe calls for a boneless chuck roast. I usually add water to the pan to prevent burning of the fat and juice, and I can also strain the grease out of it to make gravy later. I took my roast out of the pan once it got tender, but before it went browned, and strained the juice into my measuring cup that separates the stock from the oil. In this phase of my study, I noticed there were discolored spots on the pan. My initial thought was that after the fabric was washed it would come clean since I was only baking it So I put the roast back in the pan, lined it with cut potatoes and carrots and then put my stock mixed with onion gravy mix over my vegetables and covered them Putting my dish back into the oven at 350 degrees for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender and the gravy is thick. In about half of the bottom of the pan I could see discoloration when I removed the roast and gravy, and vegetables, and washed the pan by hand. There was stainless steel cleaner in the house, so I thought maybe that would help. Although I should send it back, I never thought I would have a problem with such a rated product that I used as a baker. I threw away the box it came in as well. It seems unbelievable to me that at almost 70 years old, I have never before needed to return a baker. I have always eaten what my family calls buffet meals. It is disappointing to have been disappointed again with this brand. I have even had a coffee maker from this company for many years but I should think twice before I purchase from them.

It is, frankly, a fine Cuisinart roasting pan for the purpose it is intended
4/5

Although I haven't used it a whole lot, it has already been through a few oven roasts as well as the washing that comes after, and it's still in good shape. Metal of the pan is thinner than you might expect from the picture, but that's not as big of an issue as you might think. In these reviews, there have been reports of warping, but mine has remained stable. The majority of reviews seem to have been pre-written You might be tempted to use heated pans to keep the birds chilled, but this is strictly prohibited. Prepare the food by cooking it in the oven and putting it in a nonstick dish It was before If you put it on a preheated pan, and throw it into the oven, it will be fine. Overall, I'm glad I purchased it It's not a good idea to use one disposable roasting pan for one turkey, since they were $5 each at the grocery store For a little over $30, I'm really thrilled to have a very basic roasting pan that keeps on serving me long after the leftovers have been eaten. (And for those who may still be wondering, I was able to make turkey drippings gravy permanently on the stovetop in this pan after roasting with no issues. This roaster has a lot to offer for the price.

Upon reading the reviews, this pan has received four 12 star ratings, clearly indicating the company is sponsoring many of the five He was in good shape when he arrived
3/5

Here are the instructions for your first cooking session The chicken is baked at 350 degrees for I watched as the pan warped after 15 minutes. My pan pushed out, so it rocked from side to side. I removed it with a rubber mallet, and after cooling and cleaning it, I popped it back in again with a rubber mallet - It was also a lot harder to clean up than it was There is a decision to be made as to whether I will return it. To get the stain off, I had to use brightness because it really should have been a minor stain. We were much better off buying the $14 in the first place. The pan and lid are priced as low as 99, made in China, at WalMart. I highly recommend NOT buying this product. Further evidence that a great name brand has gone the way of the dodo bird.
