You've been looking for the roasting pan for turkey for a long time! We cook turkeys all year round, but we didn't have the means to do so, but this pan made it easy! All of our turkeys have come out perfectly! I am in love with this and would 100% recommend it to anyone!.
This pan is large enough to cook a whole turkey or large-sized pan of food. I like that it is actually super easy to clean and that the rack is far enough above the bottom to keep any liquid that you need to put in for gravymaking out of the meat. According to the instructions, this pan should not be put in the dishwasher nor used on the stove top (for making gravy). In addition, what it comes with are large fork lifts that are extremely helpful. I am glad that I made this.
Thanksgiving was my 1st time to cook and this was perfect. It was the perfect size for the 20lb Turkey. It's definitely worth the recommendation. It is a great price for the set as well. We bought a brown one and are very happy with.
I plan to use it for the holidays, which should work out just fine.
The combination of pan and rack is our first roasting pan/rack set, and we have used it to roast a whole chicken A terrific product that helps make a piece of meat so even and tender! This is where you should buy Taking this step will not let you down.
The Anolon band is very much a part of my life. It was a good price for another great Anolon product. I haven't used it yet but have been happy with the price. The only negative is that it was delivered in the Anolon box with a label? I noticed that the product was "advertised" outside my door where it could have easily been stolen. Why it wasn't packaged in a shipping box is beyond me.
The roasting pan is a great size. Cleaning it is fairly easy (sometimes I soak it for a few minutes after I'm done with it to make it easier). It looks great, and the handles are sturdy and good quality. The cookware I have from Anolon is amazing.
We barely had to use any elbow grease to get it If I had taken a before picture, I would have had a better perspective. As well as the utensils, they are really handy. There is only one complaint I have the rack isn't well suited for This may have been done on purpose? The system still worked fine if it did.
