Yes, it's the same as before.
If it is used correctly over the next few years, the enamel coating won't peel off, due to its rugged and durable nature.
Three quarts or more. It depends on the type of meat you cook, but a whole chicken fits in this patty pan perfectly.

This was at first meant as an inexpensive substitute for a Dutch oven specifically designed to bake I then tried roasting vegetables and potatoes using it, and it worked nicely. I now have a small Dutch oven that I primarily use for bread baking
As well, I have used it for baking banana bread. While I haven't had this long enough to see if the enamel will chip, so far it seems to be a decent product. Since I don't have a heavier one to compare it to, I don't know if the light weight is a plus or a minus. I appreciate the light weight and how convenient and easy it is to handle Taking it out of the oven when it's hot is easier. The roasting pans that my mother and other relatives had were heavier and very sturdy, and they lasted for decades without chipping or scratching, As I do not roast very often, and then it is usually only vegetables and potatoes, I cannot compare my occasional use of this with their frequent roasting of meats (including large turkeys) & potatoes. Dinners for large families should include plenty of vegetables. Although I don't consume meat or dairy products, I suppose that there are many different foods that can be cooked in this even if you don't.
Despite being a great pan, I gave it only three stars because the cover does not fit securely over Covers like these fall lopsided on the pan, making them ineffective since they do not keep steam or heat inside, which is the reason they are used in the first place. I am disappointed.
In Arizona, there was none to be found. This is a great way to cook.
