It is perhaps better to stir fry using a standard fry pan or sauté pan rather than a wok. In contrast to the flared edges of the paella pan, the wall of the paella pan has higher walls, allowing tossing and stirring to be more convenient.

This is perfect for people who love leftovers and parties
5/5

A 4 was what I wanted to do. It looks like I can't give it a 5, but since I can I'd rather give it a 5 rather In spite of all this, the pan is wonderful. This is really big! This is a durable product. Safe for use in the oven. The seasoning has already been applied. Love it or hate it, there's nothing not to love I would like to point out two The first problem is the size it is much too large to fit on a single burner, but you can get started on the stovetop and finish it Two, the preseasoning is poor and the instructions recommend that you reseason it. Overall, it is a very large pan, but a What's the alternative to this system if it's not maintenance free? This pan will turn your paella craving into heaven if you love paella. There is enough food to serve 8 people The number should be at least 10. Photo shows how large the pan is in comparison to the.

There is no way to properly season vegetables unless you want to kill You will detect a chemical smell as soon as you begin to season it by heating it in the oven, as the plastic handles are covered in a plastic coating
3/5

In my opinion, it is impossible to think that heating plastic for hours in the oven at a high temperature is a safe practice. On top of that, they place a UPC sticker right in the middle of the pan, making it impossible to remove it without ruining the finish of the pan.

The pan is made of good quality and should last a lifetime
5/5

The winter I spent in Spain, where I cooked paella many times, just ended. My wife and I ordered this pan for ourselves to add to the three smaller pans we already have, and we were so pleased with both its weight and depth. The heavy gauge steel helps to distribute the heat nicely, as do the many small dimples that enhance the I am using this pan for the first time and it is twice the size of my other pans. It will easily serve up to 8 people A hunger strike of 10. I used a few drops of olive oil that I allowed to soak in for an hour to remove the label easily. Although my pan hasn't rusted yet, I expect it will, and the rust can be easily removed with a little oil on a green scrubber, a good rinse, then a good dry in the oven, followed by a fresh coat of A lovely paella was prepared with a perfect cremada - Paellas have a bottom layer of crusty, savory rice that is enjoyed by most people. My Spanish pan is very good quality and I'm very pleased with it.

Paellas are best with this! My expectations were much higher than my pan actually turned out to be
5/5

Because I bought it so large, I am responsible for it. Paellas come out well when using it. I was able to use this on my gas stove top burners, but I had to position it over two of them in order.

An ideal party - A pan that is large enough for paella
5/5

An ideal party - Pan that is large enough to serve six people (or a family of six). As for the seasoning before use, it was simple and did not give off any of the burnt plastic smells described by other reviewers. If the pan has been properly seasoned, you can clean it without too much difficulty, though you may have to be creative if you have a small sink.

The authentic way to make paella
5/5

As we pick out presents for each other for Christmas, we are at the stage of our lives where we are able to surprise one another. Since I served a large main dish at my dinner parties, I bought a paella pan as an early bird special. I covered the handles so that the pan could be used on our grill. As you can see, the first one we made was good enough The broth began to evaporate as I added the chicken, sausage, shrimp, as well as the sweet pimento and smoked veggies. Those "crackly" portions around the sides and on the bottom were everyone's favorite parts. I gave this product an A+ because of its ease of cleanup and sturdy construction.

Then I took a look online to find a good option for Pallela
4/5

This pan is one of my favorites because of its quality. Pallela recently captured my interest, so we went on the web to see what the best option was. The quality and price of this pan make it one of my favorites. One thing to be aware of is the size. It's pretty high to be 5 inches That means it will not fit into a standard 30" oven which we have at our house. Probably a great size if you are cooking for 6 people at least. This does not fit in our 30" oven. I'm not sure if it will not fit in other ovens, but it does not fit in.
