What is the oven temperature range for this paella pan? My eyes noticed the handles had paint on them and wanted to be certain. ?

The polished one is not the one I'm looking for. Specifically, if you need to use the oven, the enameled paella pan would be our recommendation.

It seasoned well initially, and I made a perfect paella from it (I used rabbit and sausages, When you need to improve, practice on a pan that allows you to throw away so much food).
